This home in a new lifestyle resort featured a relatively large backyard. Having just downsized from acreage, the new owners didn’t want the headache of maintaining a live lawn and were looking for artificial turf that would also be useful.
After discussions with the client Steve, we created a backyard that features:
A large, flat putting green area with a long rectangular section suitable for bowls and two putting cups.
Quality 35mm artificial turf as the fringe.
Heavy duty flexible steel edging in a flowing curved design for the perimeter.
Additional wood chip mulch and stone mulch.
A sub-surface storm water drain that runs under the length of the green to remove heavy rain.
